PI 16C Choke and Kill Manifold For Oil Well Flow Control with API 6A Valves

The chock manifolds are the important well flow control equipment for down-hole operation, The design and the manufacture of the choke and kill manifolds conform to API16C standard. The choke manifold and kill manifold is used to carry out near balance drilling. During drilling, the choke manifold and kill manifold are able to keep reservoirs form pollution and control well blowout efficiently. The valves of the choke and kill manifold according to API 6A specification, can provide small starting torque, reliable well sealing and excellent mechanical properties. The major parts are specially heat treated, with good abrasion and corrosion resistance capabilities. Various types of manifolds are available at customers' option.

Skid mounted Choke Manifold Assembly (with 4 lifting eyes), 4-1/16" 5000 PSI WP,
built in accordance with API 6A & 16C (latest editions) and consist of:
Product Specification Level: PSL-1;
Performance Level: PR-2;
Temperature Class: U;
Material Class: CC (Trim Type: T-23 CC).
All ring grooves with SS316 inlay.
All studs, nuts and RTJ RX-39 gaskets required for manifold assembly included.
